The Challenge
Team Rubicon had zero modern DevSecOps tooling. Deployments were manual, single-laptop affairs. Third-party vendors managed legacy systems without a standardized SDLC or governance policy. Maintaining the security of donor data was highly critical but existing processes were fundamentally weak.
The Solution
I rolled out a "Cloud 2.0" architecture on Azure using heavily structured, modular Bicep IaC. I introduced containerization for their primary website, established real CI/CD pipelines, and implemented a highly secure split architecture spanning API Management and App Gateways.
