Coordinating 5 engineering teams across 3 continents led to fragmented deployments, inconsistent environments, and operational bottlenecks that threatened massive client contracts.
The Solution
I drove a complete digital transformation, migrating the entire stack from VMs to Kubernetes back when it was still pre-1.0. This required standardizing CI/CD pipelines globally and unifying the operational standards. Concurrently, I architected a multi-region infrastructure expansion into China to capture a new market.
