The Challenge
As a co-founder and CTO, the challenge was building everything (the team, the architecture, the product, and the operational culture) from absolute zero. I architected a cloud-native microservices architecture on AWS using Go and Vue.js. I directed the publication of native mobile apps. I fully dockerized the infrastructure and implemented Spinnaker for automated, zero-downtime blue/green deployments.
